This modern twist on a classic sour combines the deep notes of bitter and whiskey with the unmistakable taste of Disaronno, enhanced by fresh pineapple and lemon.

How to make it

Ingredients

  • 40 ml 1.3 oz Disaronno
  • 20 ml 0.6 oz Rabarbaro Zucca
  • 15 ml 0.5 oz The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth
  • 20 ml 0.6 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml 0.3 oz Pinapple Juice
  • 5 ml 0.16 oz Agave Syrup

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain.
